Prior to being elected as Burke County's Probate Court Judge in November 2020, Judge Moore served as an Associate Magistrate Judge for the Burke County Magistrate Court, where he provided a systematic, efficient and accurate court system. Prior to being elected as Burke County's Probate Court Judge in November 2020, Judge Moore served as an Associate Magistrate Judge for the Burke County Magistrate Court, where he provided a systematic, efficient and accurate court system. Prior to working full time in the Justice System, Judge Moore held positions in housing management, as well as serving as a Corrections Officer. The breadth of these experiences is what he believes enables him to serve the people of Burke County well.

By Judge Moore's side stands his wife of 21 years, Nikkia Moore, an educator in the Burke County Public School System; and, their children: Naloni (2019 Burke Co. Honor Graduate and student at Benedict College); A.J., Karon, and Kamari (all students of Burke County Public Schools).
